calling diacetylmorphine and black tar heroin the same thing isn't really fair. diacetylmorphine would be the purest form or like no.4 grade and black tar is the worse of the worse isn't it like only a few percent purity? obv i understand diacetylmorphine is the active ingredient in black tar so don't point that out :P
