UVB CFL's

So walkin round my local reptile shop i come across CFL's that out put UVA and UVB. The maximum i saw was 30% UVA and 10% UVB.

Anyone had any experience of these? They seem a cheap and easy way to get some UVB into small grows.

since they are reptile lights they might get pretty hot.

No they don't, I have some for my turtles. There is a difference between heat lamps and UV lamps.
