I saw this a couple of years ago. It's  not a step by step guide, but a chemist with a couple of years of college under their belt could follow I believe...I haven't looked back over it, but if I remember correctly and it's the same guide it's fairly straight forward.

im so glad it is friday.

tomorrow my shipment of 40 jumbo size pods arrives.  i have a small amount of xanax to mix with them.  i also just got plenty of weed to last me.  after all this i still have 20 extra bucks to spend too so i hope something surprising comes around.

monday i make a call to my neck doctor about how the ultram pills he gave me are not helping.  hopefully he bumps me up so that i will have some worthwhile pain pills, some xanax, and some pods and weed.  mmmm good weekend indeed.
