At least use a CFL for it with a reflector...No more than 100 dollars and will do fine for 1 plant. Like a 60 watt CFL.

First get a death sertiphicet thats not spelled right but I hope u get it.
With that u can get a birth cer. and then cross ur fingers and go to DMV of course I forgot the need of a social which can be hard if the person in question had one at time of death a little insight.
  The easy way is to make friends with some illegals and they can help with great fake IDs at about 2 to 4 hundred dollars.
All in all its not that hard like growing illegal it just takes a little balls and brains.
