I posted this today on another web page and thought it would be a good 1st post for the Growery as well. Been a Shroomery member since 05..

This lady was a gift that I grew out for a few months as a potential mother. I raped her branches for clones, then decided to throw her in the Flower room immediately afterwards.
This was my first grow. Many mistakes, many lessons learned. She was grown under a 1000W HPS light. Temperature was hard to control, stayed inbetween 85-93 degrees, and thats using a 1200 BTU portable A/C. It is hot where I live, too damn hot. Going to switch to an air cooled reflector soon.
Used General Hyroponics nutrients. Three part nutrients plus Floralicious Grow & Bloom additives, Koolbloom liquid & Koolbloom powder. I used a organic,soiless mix (1/4 Hydroton Clay, 1/4 Coco Coir, 1/4 Miracle Gro Organic Choice POtting Mix, and 1/4 Black Kow composted cow manure).
I believe the Koolbloom powder in combination with Koolbloom Liquid caused the burning on the leaves. When I used the liquid alone (0-10-10) everything was fine but when i started adding the powder it was too much for her. I just flushed her 3 days ago and stopped feeding, will only give her water for next 10 days. I did not plan this in any way but the 75 day flower period ends on December 25. I am hoping to crop her Christmas morning!
Maybe I will leave her longer though because I want her to go through her full flowering period so that I can become more familiar with this strain that i will be working with. I want the pistils to really swell to maximum size as well.

Here's an update. The lady is currently on day 70 flowering. Hairs are really starting to brown (50/50), and trichromes beginning to become milky/cloudy. Am shooting for 50% Amber trichromes. Maybe another 7-10 days till she is where I want her.
I wonder how much more her pistils will swell though. Any ideas? I want her to be as thick as possible.

Okay I decided to cut the lady down on her 78th day into flowering. Just about 50% of the trichromes were amber, the other 50% cloudy.
So one thing that was very nice about her is the color changes. One of the lower branches started to take on a purple hugh, most top colas began to take on a red color.
I think she did well considering that I massacred her branches for cloning right before flowering her, I burnt her with a nutrient overdose (was feeding her everyday, ooooops!), and the temperature in the room was reaching 95 degrees sometimes.
