having oxygen would probably help to. In case you missed it, that was the major flaw. They made it about 6 months and the oxygen level had dropped to about 15%, the equivalent of being on top of mount Everest.

They had 2 huge gardens to grow their own food. The "lake" was an ocean, its all salt water. No internet and no beer :tongue:

and fuck that's not very much coffee I'm a 5-7 cup guy or like 3-4 xl tims in a day

they do now, but it is no longer an active experiment. it's just a research facility

probably because plants also give off a lot of CO2. But I dont know the exact reason, I just know that after 6 months they ran out of oxygen

You must have skipped class that day. They most certainly do produce CO2, it's part of cellular respiration.

Are you sure you're not confusing some co2 being left over from a reaction adn going to a different reaction with whatever it is you said?

From everything I read and from what I remember, CO2 is absorbed by plants during the day, and oxygen is released. Then at night excess CO2 is released

but im only about 70% sure

only CAm and C3 plant those plants store during the day and release at night because lack of water
