I understand how to make Cannabutter, but what I don't understand is how baking brownies or cookies doesn't just kill most of the THC stored in the butter?

If you dont understand how it doesnt 'kill' the thc when baking, you obv dont understand how to make cannibutter. Go back and read again, you missed a very important part of making cannibutter that would hint to your answer of why it doesnt kill the thc while baking... Cause it can, and will if you let it...

thc boils at 392F/200C
water boils at 212F at sea level
doesn't this mean thc would be extracted safely?
