they had audio of him saying nigger on the phone over and over

They have the power to harass, i read an article were these bounty hunters made this family in a hotel lie down on the floor for 20 minutes before they figured out they were in the wrong hotel room, and nobody was compensated for the harassment. The family was on vacation and it ruined it, bounty hunters get away with far too much.
