I just took the whole sheet, hopefully no one will notice it missing. It was in the cabinet with a bunch of other OTC painkillers and other junk
got another 90mg

I remember when I found codeine syrup at home that had expired 2 years previous and it was good. Now my mom keeps her meds on lockdown she knows I like dem opiates.
Does whatever you are eating have APAP in it too?

yeah my mom keeps the oxy and her benzo's in her safe whenever I come 
and yeah it has the UK equivalent of APAP, paracetamol.

how exactly do you do a cold water extraction, I have never had to do one
throw it in warm water, bring it to cold, and filter thru a t-shirt or something?
