I'm just chillin here, after smokin' some more blueberry (holy shit), sippin a beer....... i feel really good right now.....
i'm listening to some king crimson, mainly i'm playing it for my little white widow seedlings, as i do think music is good for plants....
how's everyone else feelin tonight?

I just woke up from a nap. I was not tired but took a nap because I'm sober/bored. I'll probably eat some melatonin in a few hours and go to sleep for the night.

I wish meletonin worked for me. I have to take those fucking prescription sleep aids and will now be on them the rest of my life.

If you don't have real bad insomnia...Or insomnia really at all then melatonin works great from what I understand, but if you have true BAD insomnia like I do I have heard of it working for very few of them.

Insomnia comes and goes with me. When it's here it's fucking here though. Even benzos just hype me up sometimes. Those times usually include alcohol it seems however.

Drugs has always been a fav hobby of mine but I guess that doesn't really help ya much.
