im still awake, I went to go look at an apartment, that is fucking perfect. 2 bedroom for 495$/month and I still cant get it because of my shitty credit and I am looking too far in advance, they want someone who can occupy in the next week or two

so I offered to put 300$ down payment to hold it. And then pay 1,500$ up front when I move in. He said he would call his boss and call me back tomorrow

Fuck this shit. I hate it!!!!

495 is cheap as fuck for this location. Studio apartments in this area run 500-700$, 1 Bedroom 600-750, 2 Bedroom 700- up.

I mean its a pretty run down place, but it would give me a private grow room :thumbup:

Thanks man, this shit is really stressing me out. I think thats why I havent been sleeping lately. I have now been up 30+ hours and I am not even tired. Just fucking stressed

I thought I had a good situation other than my credit. I have a job, make decent enough money. And I am getting 3,600$ in financial aid and putting 1,500-2,000$ in the landlords pocket on day 1. How does it get much sweeter than that?
