The courts also ruled that dispensaries are illegal because the supplier of weed must be a primary caregiver.

Yea, I was about to say...They just put laws out to say your primary caregiver has to be more than the pot dealer...Or grower.

Has to be someone who lives with you etc...I'm confused too.

nah a caregiver is someone who is not a medi-patient themselves but who takes the responsibility of giving patients their meds, since clinics are run by patients 4 patients they are not obligated to fulfill the requirements of a caregiver.  nub
