nah a caregiver is someone who is not a medi-patient themselves but who takes the responsibility of giving patients their meds, since clinics are run by patients 4 patients they are not obligated to fulfill the requirements of a caregiver.  nub


i know of quite a few places that require one to designate them as there primary caregiver.

so this means that we marijuana use could be legal idk if any 1 has TV but tonite at 10:00 i live in ga but Marijuana Medical comes on the Nation Geo channel i do think its gunna be legal with in the next 7 8 years!!!!

this one seems like it contradicts, but it goes to say that it declined the appeal by the city garden grove against the decision. 
What this means is that local cops cannot choose to follow federal law when they're local municipalities they are hired and work for are the deciding factor as to what law they follow, which is the local state law that they shouldn't be arrested medical weed patients or spending time and money on doing that.

well yeah that's GREAT

but when i first read this i was thinking it meant state law trumps fed law in medical marijuana cases, meaning those states that had it legal wouldn't have to worry about a lot less stuff.
