man i sent a retardedly smelly package from Palo Alto to Texas once. I put a lot of faith in Jah and he pulled though. My dad got the mail and was like "at least make it not smell"

Smell should be controlled by proper sealing.
Cover smells will only draw attention to your package, why would a birthday card smell of cyan pepper?
Dogs smell in parts so cover up smells do not work. They make people suspicious.

Birthday card might not be the best idea. People use them when sending flat things like a sheet of acid or cash. They are used because they're normal and prevent people seeing whats inside of the letter. If you're mailing 2g in a birthday card make sure it doesn't look retardidly fat and suspicious.
Before you go any further consider this. Is it worth it? Is not having to drive to score 2g worth trying to use the postal service to mail drugs? Sure it saves you some time, but is saving time worth taking that risk?
Most likely you'll be fine. If not you're fucked.

a lot of bday cards get opened in the mail too. people know they contain money so they slit open the envelope and tape it back shut. happened to me before when i was a kid

Still though. I don't get why people take extra risks for weed. I love me weed but damn. It's just weed. Yeah. I imagine that is a lost statement here. lol
I can't say much either. Got myself kidnapped at gunpoint by a crack head who in the end didn't kill me simply because he couldn't make up his mind where he wanted to do it before I slipped away and called a friend with a tech 9 to save my ass. All over a QP of brick shit.
No one got hurt btw. Dude is dead now. His own doing but now that I have remembered I may go piss on his grave tomorrow. Got nothing better to do tomorrow. Care too much for his family to do anything more over such an old grudge. They dealt with more BS from him than I ever did.
Old 80's shit too, me being an old fuck and all. lol

Yea if you look at it logically people put a lot on the line just for convenience. Mad people burn in dorms when they could easily go outside. Some people get caught and their college life gets fucked for awhile. Sometimes its best to think if its really worth it, not about how sweet itll be to mail buds or not have to go outside to toke.

standard ground mail doesn't get fucked with. seal it up nicely in a padded envelope (not a b-day card) and you'll be fine.
