k being that i basicly just smoked shitty weed all my life and i've only smoke seni a few times i was wondeirng. is there really a big difference in the highs of different strains of weed? i mean weed is weed right its all the same chem- thc.

I think different strains have different levels of cannabanoids in them. I think the various effects are attributed to this, someone correct me if i am wrong. I dont want to spread bad information.

yeah
even if THC was the ONLY chemical which it wasn't basically the effects would still vary you would get a heavy stone with very mature cannabaloids and a more soaring high with clear to partially cloudy to fully cloudy trichomes(thc resin heads)
secondary cannabaloids like cbd produce a heavy stone/body high and limit the "no ceiling" effect imo such as white rhino
sativas lack cbd and cbn which results in a soaring, racy, and no ceiling high. Basically gives you that high that some people find to make them anxious or paranoid and by no ceiling it means you can get higher and higher the more you smoke.

and what does exotic high mean? (NYC SR DIESL) I love the high from this, my favorite so far of time. Going to get some NL or Durban Poison or white widow or black domina or . . .. gaaahhh havent decided really, im so indecisive. . . 
Cat Piss was some killer weed too, what I would consider "creeper" weed. . . i smoked a bowl w a buddy and i was high but not the super high you'd imagine from smoking some skunky weed such as this, and i go to spark the 2nd bowl and it reaches my lips and wow, i noticed all of a sudden that I was really stoned. Then proceeded to smoke that other bowl since we went through the trouble to get it off the nugget 
looking at that chart morningstar looks awesome 24% thc? wtf thats nuts!
