I've used it in every way and setting imaginable pretty much. I most enjoy it alone somewhere quiet and dim or dark for heavy trips. I enjoy low dosing most anytime, anywhere though.
I've had my share of horrible trips but, I rarely get the negative feelings such as sweating etc... many do.

Random it is. I like the variety as long as it stays on the positive side. That's the thing. I was out of my mind when I first started with it anyway. I road out many insane trips until I just finally got used them. I don't reccomend that.
