Did anybody read that news post "salvia horror story" or whatever? Kind of sounds like bullshit to me. Although salvia's mechanism is atypical, its effects duration last from 1 min-1 hour. The purported length of psychotic behavior in the article was like  3 days, and she bit off part of her tongue? What the fuck is that? The only thing Ive ever seen people do is roll around on the floor. Including myself. Ive seen at least 10-15 people try salvia, all reactions similar.

that's good, keep at it. i gained 30 pounds in 4 months so i'm excited, already reached my christmas goal. been slacking off a little lately. going to bed early tonight (in a few minutes) so i can hit it up hard tomorrow before class. hoping to go up on weight on bench press again. :lifter:

i need to get motivated again, won't be able to work out over the xmas break like i am now.

Im not at my weight goal but im somewhat satisfied with my increase in strength. Ive really started working on my abs and legs hoping that I could build muscle in those area and back on some pounds. we shall see

Yeah i run about 4 days a week.  I like to run about 2-3 miles and then smoke a joint while im stretching and cooling down.  Awesome!
