so my roommate has this verizon cell phone that for whatever reason is listed as stolen with verizon(i dont ask too many questions), so right now it cant be activated with them, and they don't use sim cards. anything to do or is it useless? he is gonna give it to me and my treo broke so i would be stoked if theres a way to make it useable....

if they say it's stolen, say "why is it considered stolen?"
if you have a receipt for the phone, you can cock slap them for free, it's in their customer service policy

well i have a feeling it is stolen, i just avoid questions like that (sort of like why i didnt ask questions when our power had been shut off and then magically went back on...).

he knows damn well it was stolen cause he watched me steal it. He also knew that I fixed the power. He is just pretending to not know so he can feel justified. I may be a thief but at least I'm not afraid of my own shadow.
