Renting a warehouse

How does one go about renting a small warehouse, in which one proposes to grow the county's legal limit of some California herbal medicine?

Do commercial renters generally need EIN numbers or resale certificates from their tenants?

Step 1, buy plot of land.
Step 2, Start digging.
Final product, restaurant upstairs, medicinal temple downstairs, shared ventilation.

Do you mean to say: dig an underground bunker style hidden room under a restaunt?

First of all, this doesn't work with my plans. I do not want to buy land, or run a business, just grow some clandestine plants in a rented space.
