actually, the more likely event is somebody ripped the video off ebaums and uploaded it to youtube. Ebaum hosts his videos on his own site.

I'm not defending ebaums, but you suck at eDetective eInvestigations. If you look carefully, and I've blown it up here, you can clearly see the YOUTUBE logo OVER the ebaums with about 50% opacity lol.
