if your not a mod in the forum, but, there has not been a designated mod on within a set time limit, you can take action to help out the board. So, for instance, if ltd was gone for a day and something needed to be done in the lounge, i could take care of it.
So yes, i can ban people from forums i don't mod, but it's an emergency feature only.

That guy made it clear he was going to get into trouble if the posts were not deleted and you just kept it going... Last time I talked to him nothing bad came of you exposing him him but he has a point that it's allowed we have two accounts, one for posting and one for grow logs.
After seeing the way you mod and carry yourself I think you should be removed as mod and banned from the site permanently.
