What do you guys think? This is all with stock heat-sink and fan. Should I keep it here?

143 will fry your electronics with an extended power on period. You need to buy another form of cooling for your box. If you're overclocking you're going to need something stronger then a normal heatsink. look into some fans, or if you have the cash, liquid cool your box.

If I shut off folding@home it sits around 114-f is that ok?

i have mine shut off my computer at 90 degrees, but that's just me.

personally i think anything over 90 F is bad news for your PC, especially if you leave it running for extended periods of time. Take a look at the specs of your hardware, they'll list the temps at which the parts begin to fail.

Yeah 90s is pretty hot and anything over that is just really bad if constantly happening, so just get a bigger fan in there creating a pressure in the case. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_cooling pretty good ref.

I forgot to mention in my stoned state that you can find all your motherboard info with CPUZ (Google it) and then monitor the temps with MBM 5 (Mother-Board-Monitor) all freeware
