According to fox news, their all over 18, but maybe their just trying to bait people into some sort of exclusive on men who like women who look like girls.

The age cut off is 16 but there are many who are older than that

I don't know- it's hard to tell with Asians.
It wouldn't surprise me if out of 1.3 billion people, they found half a dozen young women who are built like little girls.

Oh, I just had a horrid thought-
what if those Chinese girls really are 16, but they've all been kept from puberty? Remove the ovaries, for example.
They'd need hormones every day for the rest of their lives, but it might be worth it.
