Having a segment where you show functional yet artistic glassware would be great. I also really love watching people taking huge bong rips, so maybe you can have a contest each week to get on the show.
You could educate people on the true history of the criminalization of cannabis, and the propaganda against it.

The world needs info on legal plants and herbs that can cause both beneficial and psychoactive results; a botanical medicinal segment.
There should also be more info on RC's, both scheduled and unscheduled.

But to answer seriously, a calorie is a measure of how good something tastes. So logic dictates that serotonin would have more calories.
