Make a doob tube, get a glass screen, and just do snaps out of it. I do it at home daily. Also Ozium is the best odor eliminator I've ever came across. It's good to keep a can around.

i've done it many times. bongs were the preferred method. get all teh smoke in the chamber, then get all the smoke into your lungs, and then blow it out the window. gravity bongs were the best, absolutely no smell.
of course have a fan blowing out your window anyways, a towel at the door, and some air spray for emergencies. don't be dumb about it. had too many friends kicked out for that shit while i smoked everyday freshman year.

depends on your living situation entirely. I've been in dorms where the RAs are complete assholes and will snitch anyone out or have rentacops patrolling the hallways smelling for burning dope, and I've also been in dorms hitting a PHX bong and volcano all night where the dudes were tight with security and never got fucked with.
