Police scanners online.
    #152917 - 11/28/08 11:03 PM (15 years, 10 months ago)

I've always been into communications and have 1 to 3 scanners running most days. In a lot of places, you don't have to own one to listen to at least some of what's going on. More are coming online in streaming formats all the time. Here is a good source for any who may be interested.

http://www.dxzone.com/catalog/Internet_and_Radio/Police_Scanners/

This may have been posted before but I miss a lot. lol

You all can do your own searches for ten codes used in your area so that you understand what the fuck they are talking about.

LOL. Actually it may help to relieve a bit of that when you hear what they are actually occupied with. Great for wows and laughs too. I miss the days when everyone used 47 to 900 megahertz cordless phones and analog cell phones, baby monitors etc... that could be picked up with any cheap scanner. I always knew everything that was going on in my hood.

LOL. No. Most of the radio geeks running these sites don't like cops either. Hence the personal bother to hook it all up for us.

Not as much to it as you may think. I could hook my scanner to my computer and send it streaming tonight. No big deal really.

See, that term pedo gets thrown around a lot.
Is a 16 year old guy having sex w/a 16 year old girl a pedophile?
If not, then how is a 30 year old considered a pedophile for doing the same thing?
I think y'all need to look up the definition for pedophile.
