having a girlfriend who smokes weed

now the common thing when you have a girlfriend is that you pay for a lot of stuff.  whether you agree or disagree, it is common and accepted.  a new dimension on this though is when that girlfriend smokes weed.

how do you handle that?  i pick up sacks that basically are for my girlfriend (i smoke very rarely) every now and then.  but last night we went with two friends of mine to grab a gram at 1am, i chipped in for half of it (basically for her sake because she didnt have any money on her) and this morning when i get up for work, i weighed out the shake that was left, not even .1 grams! 

what do you guys think is the appropriate way to handle that situation?  bite the bullet and not leave sacks alone with her?  demand sexual favors? 

and how do you all go about being a nice boyfriend when your girlfriend smokes weed (or does other drugs for that matter) ?

If my girl wants drugs (including weed), she has to pay for that herself.

I don't want her on drugs anyway, unless she's doing it with me at the time.

You're basically fucked.  Because you've set the precedent of buying her weed and putting up with her smoking the lot, she's always going to expect the same.  If you change now she's going to lose interest fast.  You are just a source of free drugs and money.

Next time to start a relationship, set down the ground rules RIGHT FROM THE START!  You cant move the goal posts, women won't tolerate it.

yeah i think drysmashing the shitbox will be the preliminary punishment.    i'm at work.  if i'm lucky she'll still be sleeping at my apt when i get home from work. and i found the 2gig card for my treo so a video will definitely be in order. element of surprise FTW.

no dont get me wrong, she buys her buds probably 75% of the time.  and when i do buy sacks, they stay with me.  its just this time i was expecting to have some weed left over and all thats there is fucking shake.  i guess i can blame my roommate and friend, but still. 

i think drysmashing it is my best option.

on the flipside: if she's being a huge stoner and you pay for even 25% of that it adds up and you should consider ending the relationship.

Shit....me and my lady never have probs with bud or "drugs" in general....

We will typically go through about 3.5g a week between the two of us...We buy two 1.7g sacks a week average, sometimes she pays for it all, sometimes i do. And sometimes we go ends on it. Same thing when we buy E here and there, we each drop what we can or who ever can afford it at the time.....Works nicely for the two of us, so even if one of us doesn't have the money we always have bud. And regardless of who paid what, it is "our" weed not just hers or mine, we can each smoke the amount we want....

And a benefit of having a lady and smoking, we can give each other our hits (recycle the hit, what ever you want to call it), this really conserves bud....
