it's true. i do it for fun. see how many people i can infect per night.
actually HIV isn't very stable, you'd have to pull it directly out of someone that is HIV+ and stick it in someone else right away.

yea hiv dies pretty quickly once out of the body. another similar rumor is people putting hiv needles in the coin return of pay phones. give me a break. I suppose if they had some fresh hiv blood maybe.
