I'm constipated. I put some Yellow Mustard Seeds in my blender with Water and drank that.
If you use too much, you get diarrhea. I found a happy medium.
A Chinese favorite is Rhubarb Root which is poison and has to be specially prepared. It gets you flushed in 10 minutes they say.

Congrats Data.
Its a good feeling, I got down to the 180's last year, and had to punch holes in my belt too. I still had more to lose, but I let myself go again and my fatass ballooned back up to 200+. Those holes I can't reach now are just a reminder that I'm a bitch.
Stay vigilant, youre gonna get to your goal and feel like you can go back to old habits. Thats the last thing you need to allow yourself.

I woke up at 4 am after crashing at about 2 am.
I haven't been sleeping much lately.
Right now it's 10:16 pm in Seattle. I can't tell if it's day or night.
I think I took a nap today. I can't remember if I did or what day it is or anything about time.

I woke up. Then I went back to sleep. Then I actually woke up took a shower. Went into the garden and messed around for a little while.
Stared at the pond. Got sleepy came inside.
Watched Arrested Development.
Went to a clay studio. Fucked up 10 pounds of clay and managed to make at least one decent bowl.
Now I'm sitting here after winning the lottery. I'm gonna go see the back rooms to celebrate.

I woke to the second day of my rockrose transferring extravaganza.
Basically I had a big pile of these cuttings yesterday and I planted about 30 of them yesterday. Today they were looking a little wonky I still planted roughly another 15 today.
The problem is I'm not gonna be able to check on all of these so a lot of this just comes down to luck and it's summertime so I feel like most of this stuff is gonna die. If even one of these work though then I will consider all of it to have been a success. If it gets established it's essentially an deathless plant in this place.
