I've heard grapefruit juice does the trick but i don't got none lying around.

that would just increase the effects of the alcohol. Take some muscle relaxers, cold or pain medication to increase the effects of xanax. If it was me I would take a bar, smoke a bowl, pop a codone, drink a beer and watch movie.
