So I've come across Paul McCartney's son James McCartney's music. and it is such easy listening. total chill positive vibes.

The Blackberry Train Album is a little more progressive.

The "Me" Album is my early morning, fresh cup of coffee, quiet house album to listen to. in its entirety

The Complete Ep Collection is my favorite. The songs Denial and Glisten are my faves.

But over all, it's super chill easy-going music. Definitely has made a positive impact on my life

Been jamming this Grateful Dead album in my truck, makes for great driving!

Bassui wrote the following letter to one of his disciples who was about to die:
"The essence of your mind is not born, so it will never die. It is not an existence, which is perishable. It is not an emptiness, which is a mere void. It has neither color nor form. It enjoys no pleasures and suffers no pains.
"I know you are very ill. Like a good Zen student, you are facing that sickness squarely. You may not know exactly who is suffering, but question yourself: What is the essence of this mind? Think only of this. You will need no more. Covet nothing. Your end which is endless is as a snowflake dissolving in the pure air."

"Until an infectious disease crisis is very real, present, and at an emergency threshold, it is often largely ignored. To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis, he said, we need to increase public understanding of the need for MCMs [medical countermeasures] such as a pan-influenza or pan-coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media, and the economics follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues.
