just spawned it with 3 quarts of some spawn i started from spores to agar to bird seed to oats , pretty daggum sure its a little bacterial but it didnt smell too sweet mostly shroomy, was easy enough to break up and mix.
no this is not a reputable tub model or size but Im a man of science and experimentation! I didnt measure the coir, I just aimed to do roughly 2:5 spawn to coir, maybe ? lol sort of loaded it in like lasagna layers, spawn first, coir, mix and pack down, add more spawn, lightly mix and pack down, repeat

Well, the shroomery is more geared towards shrooms obviously, but maybe you can rustle up a few people, and convince them to come over here
