hi everyone ~
I've taken a two-year long break from smoking any flower/dabs/THC (it's been exactly 26 months).
I REALLY want to smoke flower again, and have just recently bought some.
I also bought some shatter.
For flower I bought some Purple Kush, ATF, Blueberry Muffin, and White Widow.
For dabs I bought ATF solvent-less shatter.
I also bought a few grams of Moon-rocks.
Would rolling a blunt with broken bits and pieces of shatter on the inside be a good idea?
Or would vaping the shatter in an oil burner pipe be better?
Also, I have an awesome bong that I want to use; should I smoke the flower out of that?
Or should I just roll big joints?
I want to save my spoon pipe for moon-rocks, but also have an awesome glass steamroller that I want to try out.
But I want to smoke out of my soapstone chillum which has a 2+ gram capacity bowl.
What should I do?

In your situation personally I would start with flower. No telling where your tolerance is at, probably pretty low, so concentrates might be a bit much for now. You should regain your old tolerance fairly quickly though.
I also wouldn't waste solventless in a blunt, but I have never liked blunts to begin with.
To start with I'd probably take a nice fat bong rip of white widow and see where it gets me. I've always wanted to try that strain. 
When I used to smoke more with my buddies, we would use different apparatuses such as chillums and bongs, and a homemade bamboo steamroller. My favorite device to use was my friend's dry herb vaporizer. I eventually picked one up and now it's all I use, but I go through about an ounce a week so I needed something a little easier on the lungs. And man does it smell better than smoking, huge plus for house guests or roommates.

I would really like to smoke a big steamroller, but afraid of hacking up/extreme coughing fit.
I think you are correct, bong hits would be awesome.
Or my 2 gram bowl capacity hand-carved stone chillum!
I'll figure something out, thank you for all of your help.
p.s. adding shatter to a blunt or joint is a waste? I used to roll shatter joints years ago and they elevated my consciousness to a whole-nother level, something that flower alone could not do...
But if as you say they are wasteful, then I probably shouldn't mix herb with shatter 
I think I like herb and shatter mixed better than either one alone...

lol holy shit I would not go straight to concentrates after that long. Especially considering how precious that low tolerance is like what you gon immediately wait another 2 years?!?!? Nah dude in your shoes I recommend a dry herb vape (VAP CAP M!!) and enjoy your flower and wait as long as possible for the concentrates... maybe like bake up some suuuuuper diluted cookies like a single dab for an entire dozen yknow... Otherwise 1 you will get so high you'll fucking hate it lol 2 you'll immediately fuck up your tolerance and ruin the entire break you took. Damn I'm jealous of your situation that sounds so fun man!!!! Enjoy!!! Don't do anything reckless ahaha like for real man I'd avoid machinery for a couple weeks for as high as your about to be !!! Lucky bastard haha

Hi Kreg and thank you for your valuable input! You are very right about dabs and ruining my low tolerance level. I think I will hold on to the dabs for quite some time and instead just smoke flower out of my hand-carved stone chillum which has a two-gram capacity! That's a good idea right? It's been over 26 months since I last smoked (THC) so yeah I am assuming that I have a very low tolerance right now. I don't want to undo this two-year long break for nothing! P.s. do you think putting shatter in joints or blunts is wasteful? It definitely gets the job done...Thanks again!

Yes I think concentrate inside of rolls is mildly wasteful but I suppose not if theres at least 2 people to keep it burning

2 years? My personal favorite for dabs is bong with a banger/carb cap. My vote is take a big glob to the face and enjoy the effects once you can breathe again after a solid 4 minutes

Well right thats exactly my point, that would immediately dimminish a low tolerance as I was mentioning. It woukd be far more advantageous for them to take tiny vaped puffs to start then work up to the heavy stuff

No it wouldn't, I see so many people complaining about modern weed being too strong....well my previous statement would skip the multiple sessions of negative side effects in one big shotgun blast to the dome

What do you mean? It will get their tolerance up to a level where they can enjoy stronger strains of today without the negative effects.....at the cost of getting fucked up the I itial dab lol

what negative effects though??? see like you're reminding me of what I do when my tolerance is low sometimes but like thats intentionally to raise my tolerance a little.... Again dude, if you do this a lot then that's exactly why you can't "get as stoned as everybody else" or whatever.. .wasn't that you complaining about that???? IDK I think it's BAD advice to give to someone that just took a two year break!!?
