Beginer set up

Hi everyone,
I've been lurking for a while and finally decided to give growing a go.

I am however very confused with all the lights, tents etc. and was hoping if someone could give me a bit of advice how to achieve a good result on a very limited budget.

I am not looking to grow a huge amount 1 -2 plants max.

Would you guys say that for example this kit is good enough for a small crop?:
