I just completed my dragon roll kata, which I did 49 times while the sun was setting. Then I switched it up and I did a couple reps of sashimi knife practice with my shirt off.

You sound like a karate guy.  I started with karate, found jeet kune do, then was turned onto silat.

Yeah, I've been working on my edamame focus techniques so I can gain enough strength to complete a full teriyaki phoenix kata without stopping in the middle for a fanta break.

My silat uncle wants to see my tai chi.  There is an occasional tai chi craze outside of China.  My uncle is going to be photographed with me and three of my brothers, and present us with certificates designating us masters of silat. 
I really enjoy slow tai chi after ordering my mind with a reefer.  When I'm not stoned, I always want to speed up to medium speed.  Wu tai chi was made slow and smooth so as not to scare anyone.
I love practicing with weapons.  I feel connected with countless generations of warriors from times of war and peace, when I practice weapons.
I really like this thread.  I generally smoke a joint every morning.  I hope I don't get kicked out of the store.  Slow tai chi isn't as offensive as medium speed silat!

Forest tai chi.  There's 150 acres of forest in back of my apartment.  Sometimes you catch kids getting high in the forest.  Slow tai chi.  I'm taking my six foot chain for chain techniques from silat.  Time to smoke the joint.  Chug ginseng in cabbage juice.  I love the forest.  Sometimes it's just you and the forest, plus I might find some mushrooms.

Tai chi staff.  6 foot staff.  I also bust the 4 foot staff sometimes.  My favorite weapon is the short stick.  I specialize in short weapons like short stick and sword. 
Smoke the joint and hit the forest.  I'm leaving out the ginseng today.  I might down some later on for flavor.
