So I started at this new company as a medical equipment delivery driver 3-4 weeks ago.
At the interview and my second interaction with the boss. He told me I'll get $35 per call when I'am on call. Cool, I did 10 last week so that's s good chunk of extra change.
Today he's trying to get all the drivers to sign some "company expection form". He tried sneaking in a "you'll only get $15 per service (I.e. repair) call. Even my coworker is saying he would always get $35 even if it was a service call.
That's just horse shit. I'm gonna talk to him tomorrow and if he won't budge on that I'm telling him to fuck off.

Yeah I use a company van and idk to be honest. I've only been here 4 weeks and that was my first time being in call. I sure hope I get more than 10 calls though.

Well I talked to him today and he gave me this bs. About how he meant to tell me at the Interview and that before he wouldn't even pay drivers to do a service call. His logic is that if its a service call then its our fault for not doing it right the first time. Which is totally not the case when equipment is faulty. Anyways I'm just gonna bite the bullet and stick it out until I find a new job. I start some schooling soon so shouldn't be here that long anyways. Under 10 months. He also said I could have 5 dollars more ($20) instead of $15
