 Help? Plant going crazy

Hey guys, I'm new here. I started a plant from a random bag seed. It's been growing since Feb 2nd, I put her into flowering a month ago and it's crazy now.
I had a nitrogen overload that made all my leaves fall off, but now it has all of its leaves back and it's got hairs all over it. Pistols are coming out everywhere. It has multiple spots where more than one branch protrude from the node.
The problem I'm having is that production on the top of the plant has stopped and the lower arms are growing taller than the middle plant area? It's like the plants middle won't grow and the side arms won't stop growing. Also the buds are not stacking up yet, it just seems like a lot of Pistols are showing up? What's wrong with my plant guys and is it going to bud well? Will post pics later today.

sounds like you could have broke the top off ,could be a light leak ,could be ripening up and loosing its leaves .hard to tell without a pic!
post that picture.
