Yup. He's got armed robbery for sure. At least it doesn't look like he resisted arrest.
He was pretty fucking stupid though. I mean I pull 360 police checks regularly while I'm driving. Not because I'm carrying or doing anything illegal, but because usually my car has bad tags, or no registration, plus recently my seatbelt broke  So I'm constantly on a swivel looking for cops.
But this guy... he doesn't even look behind him to check for police before he robs someone? 
I love how the taxi driver was all, "I don't believe it..." when the cop shows up and stops the guy.
