Soil grower
1. Are you growing from seed or clones?
Seed
2. How old are your plants?
5 months
3. How tall are your plants?
1ft 3"
4. What size containers are they planted in?
3gal
5. What is your soil mix?
Ocean forest fox farm
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use and how much you give per watering? Every other day. Primo water and until runoff
7. What is the pH of your water?
I keep it around 6.5 or that's what my meters say.
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?
I'm using grow big
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
Neem oil I have problems with light PM
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? fluorescent 425 watts
11. How close are your lights to the plants? 6" (micro grow)
12. What size is your grow space in square feet? Estimate 22sqft
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? 32% 92° At the moment
14. What is the pH of the soil?
I will get a good soil tester today
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? None
16. How much experience do you have growing? 5 months max

Is this just affecting the lower leaves? The whole plant? Started at bottom or top? How often and how much are you feeding? Come on man. It's great that you filled out the questionnaire, but you can still give us more info.
That being said, I see more than one problem with what you're doing. Every other day is way too often to water. Your light output is more than likely not enough as well.

(1). since your doing soil, your ph should fall between 5.8-6.5 (5.6-6.4 in hydroponics), try dropping a little you don't want to go much higher than you are sitting currently. You Should Test the pH of the water that comes out of the bottom of the container and compare with the pH of what you poured in. (2). Now, to me it looks like a Magnesium but maybe a Nitrogen deficiency. More explanation would have helped, can you provide a bit more detail? How long has it been doing this and has it been getting worse as the week continues & what other symptoms are you noticing that you can describe? (3). Most nutrients the plants use are soluble only in a limited range of acidity, from bout 5.5-6.5(soil) Too acidic or too alkaline of a pH will precipitate nutrients dissolved in the water and become unavailable to the plants. Plants with too high of a pH will look pale and sickly.
