3-4 slightly smaller than tennis ball size pods. My opiate tolerance is nonextistant though, and it's staying that way.
first time I worked myself up to about 5 and got sick but after I threw up I was nodding hardcore.

I just crush up some pods into a blender, add boiling water then blend. Then let set for maybe 10 minutes and strain. Seems to work good for me.
