 strange curling at the tips

Hello hello community here I am asking for help,
I have quite a few plants put to flowering just about a week ago, they were vegging for 2 months took cuttings, let them recuperate and here they are again.
So I am having this strange growth only on the tips and it couldnt be nutrient burn because I have been watering for like 4 times in a row with ro water could it be that it needs calmat or magical? I never used it, could it be zinc deficiency? please help ! the runoff water is around 6.1 so it should be available.... I will be rising the ph slowly.
any insights?

Could be the droop of overwatering...
Are you planning on using nutrients?

hmmmm I wait generally till they dry up and its seems it gets worse when the salts buildup while drying... any other possibility? I used nutes this watering and seems the same just a bit lifted. in general all the bigger leaves not the new growth

Well. the only other thing I can think that does the claw like that is notrogen overload.
Maybe a flush when its not so wet
