Actually you have to ask the question properly. The speed of light is 186000 miles a second.
What you want to ask is what is the speed of light in a vacuum.

My fuckup. You have the speed of light in meters per second. I was using miles per second.
Like I even have the slightest idea what the fuck is being talked about here.
