I've been talking with a few vendors and most are worried that kratom will be banned and will be a federal thing.
The fuck you think? They are saying 2015...

Fuck I'm tired. Imagine if kratom was on the same level as bath salt?
If I had to choose I'd say fuck weed and give me kratom. That's just me though.
Honestly, I like ham over turkey. More flavor and ill be damned if kratom is banned.

I know there has been talk for quite some time now, but some nay sayed it and others believed it 100%. I really don't know...
I could see the US gove banning it though. Kratom would take away from their weed sales, alcohol, and take money from big pharma.

im in a few kratom communites with other vendors and resellers.
The fda and DEA has started a crusade against kratom. A few states have already banned it. Some tried but failed. One vendor told me that customs is now seizing large orders of kratom being imported (even th0 its legal) .
Ill try and find you links.... but its mostly pharma industy hating how its helping people with pain/addiction/anxiety/etc
I know the one vendor just had his 20kg order seized... he was pissed off the other night asking how he can fight it. They sent him a paper saying order of kratom are being seized from importation into USA

I wouldn't be surprised if it became scheduled, however at the same time I've heard and read articles about it becoming scheduled for probably 10 years now.
I sure hope it doesn't that would really suck, but it wouldn't be the end of the world.
I like to think there are more pressing things on hand for our government to deal with, and chemicals/drugs that are higher of a priority or higher on their watch list that they will make illegal first.
