I made a pipe, out of old galvanized pipe. 1/2" with Elbow on one end and coupling on the other. About 14" long, keeps your face out of the lighter. Masking taped for your comfort, and sanitation. The real key was finding an old, perfect rusty washer with the right sized hole about 5/32". And, a perfect diameter to wedge into the Elbow threads.
It works great, and will NEVER break. Spreads the heat very well, and provides iron and three minerals. Can also be used for self defense.

I'm serious as a heart attack. Pulled the pipe out of my tweeker house bathroom. The washer was divine intervention, found on the ground in front of the garage.

Well my landlord just decided out of nowhere that he wants to paint the house (said he was going to over 2 years ago when we moved in, never happened) and he asked for a key to the backyard. Problem is I got my ganja garden back there.
What should I say?

It's way too early for a harvest. And the yard is extremely small, there's literally no room for them to even go back there right now because of the plants.
He is pretty cool but I don't know...

im no expert but i would say no because if anyone is on probation then they already pled guilty/no contest and received a punishment.
statute of limitations is the time until they actually charge you which i would believe to be the time between your arrest and your formal indictment which is probably your first court date
Remember in usa its innocent til proven guilty so if they never proved you guilty because you never showed up to court after X amount of years they just give up...but the time varies from state to state and between diff crimes. Certain crimes have no time limit such as murders and rapes.
many times on probation you need to sign a paper promising you wont leave the county and if you do they issue a warrant for arrest
im not planning on it or anything, but i was wondering if that was possible. you'd have to run before you went to court, eh? i couldn't run no matter what, couldn't do that to my family. you know?

As far as I know I'm not doing anything illegal. I mean, I don't think my rental agreement says anything about not growing cannabis outside. Can he evict me for it anyway?

yeah also he is still the owner...he can make any rules he wants...even if you didnt sign anything in the lease saying you wouldnt grow, he could show up, see it, and force you to cut them down
not sure if they could evict you for that tho  maybe if you were a repeat offender or you had a shitload of weed comin off those plants they could but if they made you sign a no drugs thing, weed could be lumped into those, even if used medicinally with a docs recommendation so its possible you signed something that includes no weeed/growing

Well I personally find it to be chicken shit that he all of a sudden wants to finish this project 2 fucking years later. I think he's up to something...
Probably wants to evict me because I'm the only one of his tenants who isn't straight outta Mexico.

Just tell him you have a big garden going on this year, there's not much room back there, you are concerned about the over spray getting on your plants. Tell him you'd really rather they do it next spring, and offer to help them then.
Don't say lower my rent. Cmon' dude, be creative and make it happen in the spring.

If I tell anyone there are plants back there they will immediately know it's cannabis. The area is ridiculously small and there is no reason to grow veggies back there, especially since my vegetable garden is in the front yard. It's basically just a sidewalk that goes around my house, not even a real backyard.
I guess I will just have to bring them inside for a couple days or whatever. Fucking sucks tho, I don't even have a back door in my house. I will have to carry them through the front which will be sketchy as fuck considering they are 4-6 feet tall.
