Do you have drainage holes in the bottom of those cups?
Also, this would be better suited for the Cultivation section, not hydro and agroponics

1/2 peat moss 1/2 perlite
light: MH 400w 50cm away - 16/8 cycle

Peat moss becomes very acidic over a grow man. I wouldn't recommend it as a sole substrate.

Well, I can't get my hands on some vermiculite or anything else around here. Even for these two, I searched for a week and had to go to the capital (Tehran) to find some.
Anyway, before transplanting, to prevent acidification, I intend to pulverize some egg shells to add to the mix. I hope it works.. because dolomite is almost non-existent where I live..

I do, but the weather being very damp here, won't I have problems keeping the soil aerated? Can I add perlite to potting soil?

Yup, you just add it at a 3:1 soil to perlite to potting soil ratio. And then don't over water
