I have just fed my plants for their first time in the 4th week of Veg... I read the bottle (FoxFarm Grow Big) and fed according to the spec. After feeding I did some more research (after the feeding instead of before) and realized that most people say you should decrease first feedings to half strength or even 1/4 strength... With that being said I fed the full fert ratio not heavy but regular strength Will I be okay, I am all paranoid I just killed my Little girls... Someone please advise I am stressing out over the possibility of waking up to burnt up plants!!!!!

You'll likely be fine, just hang back for at least 7-10 days with only regular water and see how the plants do before you go adding additional nutes.

If you truly over did it in a big way on the nutes, it should start showing signs (via leaf tip curling/drying/spotting) within a day or two.

worst case you could always flush the soil with 3x the pots size worth of water or a flushing solution
