yeah i read a few articles that came out about fish oil being linked to cancer. There's still no concrete evidence. So I'll continue with my 2gr a day dose. Fish oil isn't my only source of fatty acids though.. I also take flax seed oil, chia seeds, almonds and a tablespoon of olive oil daily.
Bodybuilding is a hobby of mine. Its crucial that i consume all my macro/micro nutrients daily. EFA's are THE most important fats in my diet. Or anyones diet for that matter.

ya i take lots of supplements too....
i had to switch to krill oil tho.... wife refuses to take omegas anymore

We have krill oil here its good stuff to have, even though Im a dumbass and never take it.
I stopped buying multi-vitamins.. I have a jar full of pure bee pollen and you just take some of that every day, its so much healthier then those pills
