Multi Climate Zones

So, in my setup I have a scrog screen - the setup is inside a closet, wrapped around white/black/white plastic. When everything is closed up, the only way for air or light to travel is through the scrog and vegetation.
So here's what I got going on.
Above the scrog:
Up to 33C above the scrog ambient temperature. If I place the thermometer on top of the vegetation it drops to about 30C because of the air flow over the top.
Bellow the scrog:
About 24C. There's an air inlet at this level bringing in cooled air.
Root zone:
About 19C. Water cooler keeps the water cold.
Is this problematic for the plants? I know it's always cooler in the shade, but 10C difference in about half a meter or less seems like an extreme temperature difference for a plant. There's also a big humidity difference.
Thanks.

how can the roots be alive at the bottom? that looks crazy.. are the under water?

They're underwater when the irrigation is on, but only it's only 1cm or less deep. Then it drains and they start to suck up everything left in the basin dry. The submersion and then a little dry up is very good for the roots.
