Day 30 flush??

I think I may have won the battle against fungus gnats and the larva. Now I'm at day 30 flower when I typically do a flush. Will this flush out my beneficial nematodes?? I'm not 100% on how they themselves live in the soil.

Are you usually doing this just to prevent salt build up? If so I would just forego it.
