I've never scrogged but I saw a few youtube videos and it looks like you just keep pushing the tops back under the screen every time they poke up, until the screen is completely full and then go into flower? That scrog may be a little small but I don't have any experience it just looks like it might be a tight fit for the tops

What you want to do is let it go for a bit.
Train the new growth thru the screen trying to keep an even canopy.
The more even the canopy the greater the reward.

...and a pain in the ass.

Those wire ends need to be cut off, otherwise they will catch on all kinds of shit when your trying to move it around.

The only benefit for something like that single screen is adding support structure for the branches. Scrog needs a nice permanent location for the duration of the grow--not for when you need access to the plants nor really for your casual grower. Its really not ideal for most gardens.

Try finding some tomato cages (walmart $2) and cut it down to size if you want something for support, you can always tie string across it to make it kind of like a scrog if needing extra support. In my experience, small screen's are just a hassle.

It usually takes too much time for the plant to grow into the screen right when the plant is clearly ready to go into flower.

Unless you plan on vegging for another month+, then you'll probably be better off with the screen for structure.  Although if its your first time you might just want to keep it on there to see what happens; it's never a bad idea to learn something new firsthand.

Looks healthy btw.

Imo those square sizes are way too small. it will be quite a pain in the ass feeding them through all the really small squares, especially when one branch grows real long into a square and you have to pull it back out and under, thats much harder with small squares.

lol.......That is a plant with a screen over it but it's not a scrog. Your suppose to weave the branches threw the screen as they grow.

This is a scrog

The day the lights were cut back was the day I stopped weaving the branches threw the screen.
